Refund and Cancellation Policy
At SASAHYOG TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. While we strive for your satisfaction, we understand that situations may arise where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please review our policy below:
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon approval and credited back to the customer's bank account. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery date.
- Refunds may be issued if it is determined that our services did not meet the agreed-upon objectives outlined in our service agreement.
Cancellations:
Service Subscriptions:
- Clients may cancel their service subscriptions at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service subscription.
Project Contracts:
- Clients wishing to cancel a project contract must provide written notice to Sasahyog Technologies Private Limited.
- Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply to cover any work already completed or resources allocated.
